How long will it take to ship my order?
This depends on what your item is. If the product is ready to ship, it will typically depart within 1-5 business days.
If you purchased a made-to-order or commissioned piece, this can take anywhere from 5-31 days depending on which materials need to be sourced, and complexity of design. This will be discussed with you prior to payment. Please email support@saffronandstones.com with any questions regarding this.
Welcome Code Policy
When you join the newsletter, you’ll receive a 10% welcome code as a small thank-you for being here.
This offer is intended for first-time customers and is limited to one use per person or household. Subscribing with multiple email addresses to receive additional codes goes against the spirit of the welcome gift.
Each piece is made, packed, and shipped by me, and my time, materials, and care go into every single order. Because of this, I reserve the right to cancel orders where promotional codes are misused.

Custom Orders
I would love to bring your vision to life! Please email support@saffronandstones.com to get started on your one-of-a-kind jewelry piece.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for each custom order to cover partial material costs. This amount will go towards the final cost.
Note that discounts and promotions are not applicable to commissioned jewlery.
Do you Accept Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds?
All sales are final. This includes custom orders, ready-to-ship jewelry, and deposits. Please email support@saffronandstones.com for questions regarding this.
Made-to-Order Solid Gold & Silver Policy
All made-to-order pieces require full payment before production begins. These pieces are created using an existing mold and design and are final sale. No design changes or cancellations are accepted once payment is placed. Minor variations are natural due to the handmade casting process.
Order Lost in Shipping
All orders come with a tracking number once shipped. If your order is lost in shipping, I am able to open a case with USPS to try to locate your package. Always be sure to check with your neighbors first in case USPS delivered to the wrong address.
Uh Oh.. My Jewelry Broke!
No worries!
If this is a maker-error (something wasn’t soldered completely, the clasp doesn’t close all the way) I will repair the item free of charge, and pay for shipping.
If it was user-error (your child pulled your necklace and it broke) you will need to cover the charge of the fix, and you will need to pay for shipping. Ability to fix a piece also depends on how severe the damage is. As always, contact me with any issues at support@saffronandstones.com and we can figure something out!
How are my Purchases Packaged?
All orders come with a special S&S box, a S&S card, and a microfiber jewelry cloth to keep your jewelry clean and safe.
If you order multiple items, they will be packed together. If you want your multiple items packed separately, please order the correct number of gift boxes here.

All designs and products are the intellectual property of Saffron and Stones. Copying, reproducing, or claiming these designs as your own violates copyright law and may result in legal action.
